At 3Gen Medikal, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. However, return transactions are subject to the following conditions:
Unused and Original Packaging Requirement:
Products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products with opened, damaged, or used packaging will not be accepted for return.
Defective Products:
If the product is delivered faulty, broken, or non-functional, this must be reported to us within 4 (four) business days.
Creating a Return Request:
If the buyer detects an issue with the product, they should notify us by sending an email to destek@ucgenmedikal.com and include photos showing the defect.
Review Process:
Once the return request is received, the product will be inspected by the Seller. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the return request will be approved.
Approval and Return Procedure:
After the return is approved, the Buyer will be provided with shipping details for returning the product. The product must be sent via courier to the address specified by the Seller. The return shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.
