1. Return Conditions

At 3Gen Medikal, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. However, return transactions are subject to the following conditions:

Unused and Original Packaging Requirement:
Products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products with opened, damaged, or used packaging will not be accepted for return.

Defective Products:
If the product is delivered faulty, broken, or non-functional, this must be reported to us within 4 (four) business days.

2. Return Process

Creating a Return Request:
If the buyer detects an issue with the product, they should notify us by sending an email to destek@ucgenmedikal.com and include photos showing the defect.

Review Process:
Once the return request is received, the product will be inspected by the Seller. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the return request will be approved.

Approval and Return Procedure:
After the return is approved, the Buyer will be provided with shipping details for returning the product. The product must be sent via courier to the address specified by the Seller. The return shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the product’s packaging has been opened, damaged, or the product has been used after delivery.
• If more than 4 (four) business days have passed since the delivery of a defective product.

4. Refund Process

After the return request is approved:

• The product price will be refunded using the same payment method as used by the Buyer.
• The refund process will be completed within 7 business days after the returned product is received by the Seller.
