Distance Sales Contract

Article 1 - Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") governs the provisions regarding purchases made through the website www.ucgenmedikal.com between the following parties:

Article 2 - Subject and Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products or services ordered by the Buyer through the website www.ucgenmedikal.com, whose specifications and sales price are detailed below.

Article 3 - Product/Service Information

The essential features, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the ordered products/services are as follows:

Article 4 - Product Delivery

The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer.
Delivery will be made within [X] business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery will be carried out via the Seller’s contracted shipping company, and unless otherwise stated, shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.

Article 5 - Payment Terms

The price of the product/service shall be paid using the payment method selected during the order process.
If the payment is not completed, the Seller reserves the right to suspend delivery or cancel the order.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any justification within 14 days from the delivery date.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing.
In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Unless otherwise specified, return shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.

Article 7 - Conditions Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

Products specially prepared according to the Buyer’s requests
Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or cannot be resold
Products that perish quickly or have passed their expiration date

Article 8 - Warranty and Return Terms

Products must be inspected by the Buyer upon delivery.
Damaged or missing products must be reported to the courier with a written report and returned to the Seller.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the period specified.

Article 9 - Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

Article 10 - Effective Date

This Agreement becomes effective on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
