Article 1 - Parties and Subject
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed between the user who registers as a member (“Member”) on the website www.ucgenmedikal.com (“Site”) and 3Gen Medikal (“Company”) to set forth the terms and conditions regarding the Member's use of the services offered on the Site.
Article 2 - Membership Conditions
- The Member guarantees that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
- Membership can only be created by individuals who are 18 years or older.
- The Company reserves the right to decline the Member’s application for membership.
Article 3 - Rights and Obligations of the Member
- The Member agrees to use the Site solely for lawful purposes.
- The Member is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and preventing unauthorized access by third parties.
- The Member is obligated to inform the Company immediately upon noticing any unauthorized use of their account.
- The Member must not engage in any behavior that violates laws or moral standards while using the services provided by the Company.
Article 4 - Rights and Obligations of the Company
- The Company will take necessary measures to ensure the uninterrupted and secure operation of the Site.
- The Company will protect the Member’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and will not share it with third parties (except where required by law).
- The Company reserves the right to modify its services or temporarily suspend the Site.
Article 5 - Membership Cancellation and Termination
- The Member may cancel their membership at any time. To do so, they can use the “Delete My Account” option on the Site or send a request via email to the Company.
- The Company may unilaterally terminate the membership if it determines that the Member has violated the terms of this Agreement.
Article 6 - Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, designs, logos, and other intellectual property rights on the Site belong to the Company. The Member may not use these rights for commercial or other purposes without the Company's permission.
Article 7 - Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee that the services offered on the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site.
Article 8 - Changes and Updates
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. The updated Agreement will become effective upon publication on the Site, and the Member is deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
Article 9 - Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Article 10 - Effectiveness and Acceptance
This Agreement becomes effective upon the Member's registration on the Site. The Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of the Agreement.
